Founder of Elevate Property Stagers and Chief Stager.
Melanie brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, gaining a degree in Architectural Technology before evolving into a successful career in project management. But beyond the drawings and deadlines of the corporate world, her true passion has always been in home interiors, coupled with the desire to showcase her creative side and spend more time with her young family. And so, Elevate Property Stagers was born.
At Elevate, our goal is pretty simple- to create spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and full of possibility through the right choice of beautiful furnishings and accessories. Research suggests that it only takes 8 minutes for potential buyers to decide if they want to buy a property or not! We create spaces that instantly capture attention, evoke emotion, and make people fall in love the moment they step inside. It’s that signature WOW factor that we aim to deliver every single time.
As a landlord herself, Melanie also understands the challenges of preparing a property for rent and attracting the right tenant.
She works closely with each client to choose furnishings that suit their unique requirements, while also ensuring any purchases complement the age, character, and style of the property.
